Navigating the app
To get started, log in to the platform and go to the "Catalogue" tab, where you’ll find a rich selection of courses in various languages. You can choose a language of interest, such as English, German, or Japanese, and narrow your selection by proficiency level or learning objective (e.g., exam preparation, grammar, or business courses). This makes it easier to find a course tailored to your needs.
The next tab is "Dialogues", also known as MemoChat. These are interactive conversations with AI where you can practice language skills at various levels. Starting with simple dialogues, you progress to more advanced topics. This is a great tool for improving communication in a foreign language, as you can choose topics that interest you and adjust the difficulty level.
In "My Learning", you can track your progress and access the courses you are currently taking. Here, you can check your achievements, monitor progress percentages, and plan your next steps. Once you enroll in a course, you can start learning immediately. When you begin a new course, it will appear in this section, allowing you to continue at your convenience.
The "Statistics" tab provides a detailed analysis of your progress. Here, you can review how well you’ve mastered the material, how many times you’ve reviewed certain topics, and how intensive your study sessions have been over a week, month, or longer. For reviews, you’ll see a precise schedule, helping you better plan your learning.
In "Plan", the system automatically suggests how long it will take to complete a course based on your chosen pace. You’ll also see which materials need to be reviewed and when, enabling more efficient time management. Another useful feature is the "Calendar", which allows you to schedule reviews and reminds you of upcoming tasks.
For more advanced features, the "More" tab offers a range of options, such as placement tests for various languages, including English, German, and Spanish, to help you determine your current language proficiency level. Additionally, you’ll find tools for editing courses and creating your own learning materials.
Finally, the "Course Editor" tab allows you to create your own course, tailored to your individual needs, and start learning with materials you’ve prepared yourself. If you’re interested in this feature, instructional episodes are available to guide you through using the editor effectively.
Each of these tabs is designed to streamline your learning process, offering a variety of tools to help you efficiently acquire a new language. You can use ready-made courses, improve your communication skills with AI, and maintain full control over your progress and learning schedule.
